Things are coming together…

December 6, 2007 1:39 pm

Hello folks,

Things are coming together nicely with my Arizona cycling based newsletter. As we speak it is at the printers. There they will give it a quick glance over, make sure it is formated properly, correct all my mistakes and fubars, and print out 1,200 copies. From there 1,000 newsletters will be mailed to Arizona cyclists and another 200 will be distributed through local bike shops.

Not too shabby.

Here are tiny pictures of the newsletter.

I’ll let you know when the finished product hits the street.

Take care.

What is this… a newsletter for ants?!

Yes. Ants with tiny lasers mounted to their heads.

Howdy Austin, Happy Holidays! I am wondering will it be possible to get electronic copies of the newsletter?

An electronic version is being considered. We have had a few concerns raised regarding the amount of paper needed to produce a 4-page newsletter for 1,200 cyclists. So… to be environmentally conscious and to also please the “Green” folks out there, I think we will try and do an electronic version. No idea when… maybe by the 3rd or 4th issue?

‘Green’

Dude, ask someone who lives in a ‘green’ manner about where they get the electricity for their fridge, or the heat for their homes!

I’ll tell ya boy, it’s in coal! Yep, comes from them dinosaurs you studied back in the first grade. Well I’ll betcha there’s a whole lotta coal sittin right beneath you’re feet from now.

I know there’s some beneath me. How bout it King, why don’t you quit that old real estate shop of yours and have yourself a bone-diggin time with your old pals down in T-Town.

Well I’ll even throw a few pigs on the grill for ya’. Best be gettin now.

Sun is settin, the flies are startin to bite and I hear them coyotes just callin for supper.

Talk care now lil ghost rider,
The Heeb
