Is there anyone out there watching the Tour who’s noticing something a bit funny?

Like the fact that Paul Sherwen is suddenly saying “mate” all the time as he commentates the Tour?

Non-Aussie’s always sound a bit funny when they say the word “mate”.

Example: “And there goes Contador again attacking Rasmussen. With these attacks Contador is saying, “Mate, I’m not giving it to you that easy”.

Just an observation… Listen for it and you’ll see what I mean.
