I found a video that helps to explain things a bit better.
Supposedly, from what I’ve read on the internet and in some online forums, this type of training increases your VO2 max and aerobic capacity while also stimulating hand-eye cordination, negotiating skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. I think it also helps with weight loss and gingivitis, but I’m not positive yet. I’ll have to get back to you about that one.
But don’t hold your breath… you’ll eventually fall over.
