No sexual predators here! I promise. Just good safe computing fun!
This morning at o’ dark thirty, I left for a nice 5 hour ride. It was a tad windy in the old valley today……..like 40-50mph windy! I did however see a gila monster crossing the road. That was a first for me and probably the highlight of the ride.
After my ride I met Suzanne for a quick lunch and then hurried off to the dentist to have a cavity filled.
Guess who aparently didn’t brush quite good enough?
This guy right here.
When the dental asistant went to give me Novocaine, I informed her, “No my fair lady, holster your numbing anecdotes. They will not be needed today, for I am feeling saucy”……..
It’s all part of my new training program to prepare me for the rigors of Philly and Tour de Beauce.
Only time will tell…………..

Crazy, I had a dentist appointment this morning–just a good cleaning and a bawling out for not flossing enough. I just don’t like to take the time. I also had a doctors appointment to go over all my blood test results. They had taken enough blood to resupply an elephant. I had a good report and should be around awhile yet. He said his only concern are the cars on the road during my rides.
You ride for 5 hours?!!!!! Sometime when you have the time, send me one of your weeks training schedual. I’m courious as what you pros have to do. I have Dad’s abreviations and what they stand for. I figure a 2 hour ride is long enough, sometimes I get a 3 hour ride. Then I can go to the neighboring town to have a McDonald fix.

When I was at the dentist, the lady who cleaned my teeth gave me a new toothbrush and 2 things of floss. She said one floss was for home and the other for the car………I think that’s taking flossing one step too far. While I see it’s benefits, I think it can wait till I get home. They’re starting to ban talking on your cell phone while driving. Maybe in 10 years flossing while driving will be banned too? Who knows……..
