A whole lot of lovin!!!!!

A whole lot of lovin!!!!!,
originally uploaded by akingslife.

Another light day…….

Later this afternoon, I’m heading out to a local Athens elementary school to chat with some kids about cycling. My agenda will include 2 things absolutely necessary for the blossoming of their sporting abilities……

1. I’m going to recommend they all start dieting now in an attempt to one day be the size of Danielson or that Janez Brajkovic guy who had the Best Young Riders jersey. Many will confirm that this young man was the ultimate specimen of littleness.

2. I’ll also recommend that the 4th-6th graders drop out now. They’re not getting any younger you know….. If they want to be the next Tom Boonen, they must buy a ticket to Flanders RIGHT NOW and prep themselves for wheel to wheel combat with strong and angry Vlaamse man. As for the K-3rd graders, they’ll still need to remain in school to mature a bit more and gain fundamental skills such as reading and writting before attempting to cross the pond.
Guys, I’ve got a good feeling about this talk…….. I’ll keep you posted.

Hmmm… I am just not too sure about this philosophy or if you should ever have kids! Seriously, not everyone is capable of acquiring jeopardy knowledge like you have.

Please don’t make fun of my Jeopardy knowledge. I take it very seriously.

Hey Austin…it was great to finally meet you after hearing your dad brag on you at every USA Cycling meeting we’ve been at over the last 8 years!! :) Hope you don’t hold any bad feelings towards Chattanooga after that TT course. FYI…I just heard it will be back for the next two years of TdG.

Thanks for having all the guys sign the jersey for Kym’s shop. They really appreciate it. We will be down in Clemson, SC racing the mtn bikes this weekend, but I think we will be coming back through Roswell in time to catch your race on Sunday. If so, we’ll catch up with you then. I hope your lungs are feeling better than they were on top of Brasstown. You sounded pretty rough afterwards.

good luck and we will see you soon…

Mark and Kym

Dear Austin, Do you feel our greatest glory in life is not in never falling? Or is it in rising every time we fall? By the way, since now I am gloriously overweight and I am a mere groupie did you ever tell your sweet woman about your dancing skills? Probably not, so here goes…Dear Austin’s girl- Austin was the bronze medalist in the 1998 maricopa county breakdancing contest. His moves are destined to give cavities as they are that sweet…
p.s- your uncle maxwell has some candy

Hey Mark,

I’m thrilled to hear that the TT course will continue to ruin legs for 2 more years! Good times!

I hope to see you and Kym at Roswell. Stop by and say hi.

Austin.

Dearest Darkness,

Mr. David Maxwell, aren’t you a fireman? There must be fires to be put out right now? Or I guess this must be the 48 part of the 24 on-48 off schedule? Either way is great with me. Yeah man, she has no idea that I was a podium finisher at the MCBDC. Im still bummed you beat me with the Triple Sow Cow Rolly Polly Double Nar-Nar……To this day, that move still haunts me Uncle Maxwell.

Untill Next Time,

Austin Hall King.

Hi Uncle Darkness,

I am Austin’s girl, thank you for your note and thank you for enlightening me on the dancing skills of my dearest. All along I have been trying to get him to dance like a normal person with a little rhythm and I thought he just wasn’t skilled. But now, thanks to you, I know that I just wasn’t challenging him enough and that break-dancing is his forte. I will be sure to make Austin demonstrate these killer moves at the next family wedding. I appreciate you passing this bit of knowledge along and I hope to meet Austin’s Uncle Darkness some day.
