Ah, a pre-race day. Maybe my favorite kind of day…….

After quite possibly the most thought I’ve ever put into anything requiring thought, I think I’ve finally maybe, quite possibly decided to ride a time trial bike tomorrow for the Redlands TT……I hope I’m done thinking for now.

In Redlands, Peter and I are staying at host housing. Host housing’s quite interesting because you never really know what you’re going to get. In this case, we’re staying at a guy named Calaeb’s house. When I saw the framed Bob Dylan poster hanging on the wall, I thought this could be alright. But when I saw the framed Neil Young poster……yeah, we’re going to be just fine here. He actually told me that some Vitamin Cottage riders stayed with him last year and as they left, they knocked his framed Bob Dylan and Easy Rider soundtrack LP’s off the wall, shattering the glass.

Knocking another man’s LPs off the wall is a sin in my book…..

This is a picture of my holy grail……..a fully signed Led Zeppelin IV album, including the Almighty Bonham. Please fellow cyclists, do not knock it off my wall.

Alright, I’ve gotta run. The cat just took full advantage of the litter box sitting next to me.
